Returns/Exchanges
We expect that you will be 100% satisfied with your order, our service, and our products. If there is a problem with your shipment (wrong size, wrong item), please email us immediately and we will arrange the return of the incorrect item(s) and we will replace your product(s) as required, reimbursing you for any shipping costs to return the incorrect order. If you have simply changed your mind about your order, within the first 30 days you can return it in exchange for another item(s), although you will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.
For all returns, you must contact us for a return authorization number before sending back the item(s). We highly recommend that you send your return package via a carrier that allows tracking, e.g. the US Post Office through Priority Mail/Parcel Post with delivery confirmation, or UPS. A Wrinkle In Time is not responsible for replacing shipments that fail to return.
Gift Certificates are not refundable. However, purchases made with a Gift Certificate have our standard 30-day exchange policy.
Substitutions
A Wrinkle In Time will not normally substitute an alternate item for an item you have ordered without contacting you first.
Shipping
While A Wrinkle In Time tries to process all orders in a timely fashion, we are a small company and attend a large number of shows and conventions throughout the year. Please allow 72 hours for the processing of your order, and then allow extra time, appropriate for the shipping method you selected, for your item to arrive before making an inquiry about your order status. Almost all of our items are shipped via the US Postal Service, and as long as you provide us with a valid email address, it will be provided to the USPS for their automated tracking system to forward the tracking particulars of your order.

By ordering from A Wrinkle In Time you hereby agree to the terms and conditions posted herein. A Wrinkle In Time reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
